Privacy policy

Your files

Files you convert are processed in your browser, on your own device. They are never uploaded to our servers or anyone else's. We never see your files, their names or their contents.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, so we can improve it. It records the pages you visit and what you do on them: files added, conversions finished or failed, results saved, the formats involved, the number of files, a rough size band and how long a conversion took. It never records file names or contents. Google also records your browser, device type and approximate location, and uses cookies to tell visits apart.

Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services, or opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Hosting

The site is delivered by Amazon Web Services. Like any web server, it handles your IP address and browser details to send you the pages. We do not keep access logs.

Cookies

The converters themselves store nothing. The cookies on this site come from Google Analytics, as described above.
