Rotate image

Turn sideways photos the right way up. Pick a direction once and every image in the list turns that way, or tap ↻ on one of them. JPG photos keep their date taken, and nothing leaves your device.

How to rotate an image

  1. Drop your images on the box above, or click it to choose them.
  2. Pick 90° left or 90° right in the bar; every image turns that way. Tap ↻ on a row to turn that one a quarter more.
  3. Save the images one by one, or all of them in a single ZIP file.

Questions

Are my files uploaded anywhere?

No. The conversion runs inside your browser, on your own computer or phone. Your files are never sent to a server, so nobody else can see them.

Is there a limit on how many files I can convert?

No daily limit and no sign-up. Drop as many files as you like; the only limit is your device's memory, so very large batches simply take longer.

Which format do I get back?

The one you put in: a JPG stays JPG, a PNG stays PNG, a WebP stays WebP. iPhone HEIC photos come back as JPG, and GIF, BMP, AVIF and SVG files as PNG, because browsers can't write those formats.

Is the quality kept?

A PNG keeps every pixel. A JPG is saved again at high quality, so the change is hard to see, and its date taken and camera details are kept in the file.
